If you can identify a page or an object that does not print, do one of the following: Remove the page or object. Click + to create a new custom size, call it Borderless or Print PDF Without Border.
pdf's taking an extremely long time to print? Does your printer spit out one S-L-O-W page at a time? A simple setting change within the Advanced print settings in Acrobat will change that forever.
It also takes some time to set up the interface so that it works the way you want it to.
